Phase 1: The construction process is not complete until customer is fully satisfied with completed project. There will be adequate time for general contractors and customer to correct any issues before owner occupies building.
Phase 2: General Contractors will be available offering continued support when handing over the building to the client. This support will consist of an ongoing dialogue and assistance between the GC and the client. In addition to this, the GC will relinquish blueprints and operation manuals to owner. The GC will also offer training on building operations.
Phase 3: During client occupancy phase, the GC and client will develop a plan for continuity of expansion or other build-outs that are necessary. With future build-outs, it’s crucial to provide a continuity plan, so the building as a whole is operational. This plan will ensure that all build-outs align with the original building design.
Post-Construction
Our Post construction process insures mandated measures are met and insuring all goals are accomplished on customer's check list.

Final Inspections & Walkthrough elevations, site plans, and color samples are reviewed.

Prior to the final inspections and walkthrough, all mandated items and customer's requests are reviewed. Any alterations will be met with in regards to deadlines of project completion

When construction is fully complete, Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.

Turnover to Owner
Phase 4: Fully constructed buildings will be give a general one year warranty. This give the structure time to settle and experience various weather situations. Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC, are usually the main concern during this first year period. Nail pops, and minor molding cracks are expected to occur with in the first year. All of these issues will be resolved at no cost under warranty.
